Billing, bookkeeping, and business development to support you and your private practice.

Every mental health practice needs solid financial systems. But not every practice owner has the time, interest, or expertise to build them.

That's where I come in.

I'm MacKenna, and I partner with Oregon mental health practitioners on the billing and bookkeeping that keeps your practice financially healthy, so you have more time and energy for the work you dreamed of doing.

The clarity you crave.

You trained to be a therapist, not a bookkeeper or billing specialist. But running a private practice means wearing all those hats anyway, and most grad programs don't cover business skills.

They weren't covered in mine either. When I launched a consulting firm in 2017, I expected the billing and bookkeeping to be a necessary burden. Instead, I discovered I enjoyed it. Building systems that worked was unexpectedly energizing.

Knowing that, I created Clarity Practice Partners to help therapists find clarity in all the complexities of running a private practice. And the best part of my job? Getting to support you the way you support your clients.

Reclaim your time, protect your revenue, and find peace of mind.

Time

Time is your most valuable resource, and billing and bookkeeping take hours every month. What would it mean to have that time back? More sessions, more self-care, more space to grow your practice.

Revenue

When you're managing billing and books on top of a full caseload, things can slip through the cracks, meaning late claims, unaddressed denials, lost payments, and tax season headaches. Professional support protects your revenue and frees you for the billable work only you can do.

Peace of Mind

You can't be an expert in everything, and trying takes a toll. Reliable expertise means you can better disconnect from work, knowing the financial admin side is handled.
